We bought an oceanfront condo from Brad sight unseen. He steered us to areas with a good dune, which paid off as we survived Hurricane Isabel with minimum damage. A short while after the hurricane he called to say our condo was o/k. He said he was sorry it took him so long to check it, but the roads were closed.
